Initial Conditions: Breeder guarantees that puppy will be sold with the following: Record booklet of all vaccinations, de-worming, AKC registration, a five generation pedigree, and this purchase agreement/warranty. Your puppy has been fed exclusively with Iams Smart Puppy Food (Yellow bag for medium size puppies)

Buyer Responsibilities: With this purchase, buyer agrees to these conditions and limited guarantees *** Buyer pays all crates, flight physical and shipping costs. Buyer agrees to feed puppy high quality, age appropriate nutrition, and keep this dog at a healthy (thin) weight. Buyer will provide humane housing, consistent veterinary care and maintain a current AAHA vaccination schedule (www.healthypet.com).

Buyer has been informed of various puppy diseases and agrees to avoid frequently traveled places before this puppy has been fully vaccinated.

Buyer agrees to provide essential crate training and basic obedience training with moderate exercise for the first year of the dog's life. Buyer has been informed that growth plates in puppies begin closing between the ages of  9-15 months old and avid hunting or other recreational sports requiring sustained running and jumping is not recommended on puppies under a year old in order to give bones and joints time to finish growing.

Buyer understands that they have purchased this puppy as a working gun dog/hunting companion/pet. This dog is not to be used for breeding without Breeder's knowledge or permission, under any conditions. 

Our Guarantee: We guarantee that our breeding dogs are free of PFK disease through DNA testing, have normal hip radiographs certified through the OFA, have received a minimum of one eye exam by an ACVO board certified specialist, have proven hunting ability and possess sound, non-aggressive temperaments around other dogs and humans.

Our Warranty: The warranty for the above dog is valid to the original owner only.  Should this dog during the first twenty four (24) months of it's life, be diagnosed with a disabling genetic disease rendering it unfit for hunting, Breeder agrees to replace the dog with another of equal purchase value or refund the original purchase price. Breeder must be notified in writing with an ACVO/CERF or OFA DVM diagnosis. In some cases, the Dog must return to Breeder for a 2nd Opinion Examination, then it will be returned to owner. If a abnormality is found a refund will be made after the dog has been neutered/spayed.

Registration: This puppy is to be registered with an American Kennel Club (AKC) under a limited endorsement.   NO OTHER KENNEL CLUB REGISTRY will be approved, honored or endorsed under our kennel's warranty. The kennel name Fast Track must appear somewhere in the dogs registered name.

No Financial Responsibility: Other than the above limited warranty, Breeder assumes no financial responsibility or other liability for this dog after it leaves premises.
